Link flapping is likely caused by the fibre cable itself so be prepared to swap it as well. That looks like there is a disk error (not sure read or write). It may not be the component having the problem. It seems to me you've encountered a similar situation but now on adapter level. Perhaps someone dynamically expanded a lun on server1. Good luck.
