I re-enabled IPv6 on my adapter that I was using to configure it and I had no problems after that. I could connect from my Windows 8 PC, but then got the -5673 error. It wouldn't respond at all until I left it that long. Maybe also remove/add AirPort/Ethernet from System Preferences and add it again, just to be sure).-edit2- before I got my Airport Express replaced, it actually DID help letting it sit disconnected for and then give me the error when trying to log into it.
Trying that returns the exact same error. Nothing again access problem.
