Additional Information This behavior can occur if the Windows Installer registry entries are damaged. actually it sounds more like you are downloading a patch for something then the complete reader packagetry downloading from here http://get.adobe.com/reader/and you need to be on at least service pack 2 Verify that the patch package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vender...
