Make sure you dont have both Adobe writer and reader, if so, uninstall both of them. Sometimes a different printer can successfully print a PDF that doesn't print on another printer. In that case, your only option is to get in touch with Adobe's support. I've tried all the suggestions, but still a "no go." I DID discover a work around.
