When I tried your technique it said to uninstall flash player and I didn't want to because I was afraid I'd do something wrong and have trouble getting it back. Ari. click CTRL + ALT + Delete to open Windows Task Manager and in Processes tab look for process "plugin-container.exe", right click on it and click end process. Check This Out uqh now what.
