I have Acrobat 9 Pro (not Reader) under Windows 7 64 and unchecking 'fast web viewing' fixed the display problem I had with Firefox. I also disabled all adobe addons for IE8 thinking that would certainly fix it but it did not as well.So thats where I am. Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 Runtime Error C++ Ontop of that window is an error box. I tried 'repairing' Acrobat 9.0 with Programs and Features.

Those computers were running reader 9 and that solution worked fine for those users.

The 9.1.1 couldn't have solved the issue because all it has new is an updated Comments plug-in, compared to 9.1.2 which has more updated files.
